Can I sign in with Google?
Yes. You can use Google or your username/email and password. Google accounts also set a password. A device that is not recognized requires an email verification code.
Does Superstar Desk collect money from clients?
The workspace records amounts you have actually received and the date of each payment. Recording a payment does not charge a client or transfer money.
Can I change the checklist?
Yes. Set your defaults in Settings and customize checklist items for a job. Tick tasks from the job or choose a job on the dashboard.
Does it support Thai and English?
Yes. English is the default. Select your language during setup or change it later in Settings. The public pages also have a language choice in the footer.
What profile information do I enter?
Setup asks for your Thai and English names and titles, nickname, date of birth, contact details and address. Age is calculated from the date of birth. You can update your profile and photo in Account Settings. A citizen ID is not stored as account profile data.
Can I record a job paid in several parts?
Yes. Record the amount received and its date each time. The job shows the received total and the amount still outstanding until the agreed amount is fully covered.
