1. The service
Superstar Desk is a workspace for managing clients, work, delivery and payment records. Features marked as beta may change or be temporarily unavailable. Keep copies of important work and documents.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account and profile information and keep it current. Keep passwords, email codes and authenticator codes private. Only access accounts and workspaces you are authorized to use. Contact the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Content and permitted use
You retain your rights in the content you enter. Only upload information and material that you have the right to use and share with authorized workspace members. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code or disrupt or bypass the service’s security.
4. Review records before use
You are responsible for checking names, scope, dates, amounts and documents before sending them to others. Recording a payment does not transfer money or confirm a bank transaction. The service does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
5. Privacy and connected services
Profile information is used to manage your account and prefill supported documents. The account does not store your citizen ID number; enter it separately when exporting a document that needs it. Read the Privacy Policy for details about stored data and service-managed encryption. Optional connections such as Google require your authorization and can depend on the connected provider’s availability.
6. Access and support
An administrator may restrict an account to address a security incident or a breach of these terms. Contact the operator to request a review, correct account information or request account deletion. Deletion requests require identity verification and consideration of shared workspace records. Do not assume that archiving a work item deletes all related records.
7. Changes and contact
